Mental health conversations are becoming increasingly important in the workplace, and this Mental Health Awareness Month, Mentally United was proud to partner with IRIS Technology Corporation to help bring those conversations directly to employees. Based in Irvine, California, IRIS Technology reached out to Mentally United with a simple but meaningful goal: to make mental health resources more accessible to its team and create a workplace culture where emotional well-being is recognized, supported, and encouraged.
Over the course of several weeks, our team worked closely with IRIS Technology to develop and deliver a customized Mental Health Awareness Month resource package tailored to the needs of their employees. Together, we created a collection of educational materials focused on topics such as stress management, anxiety, burnout prevention, work-life balance, goal setting, and overall mental wellness.

The initiative included approximately 100 employee wellness bags containing mental health resources, wellness stickers, and stress-relief tools, along with professionally designed posters displayed throughout the workplace to encourage awareness and conversation. We also provided a comprehensive digital resource package that could be shared internally and accessed by employees throughout Mental Health Awareness Month.

What made this partnership especially meaningful was IRIS Technology's commitment to being proactive rather than reactive. Mental health challenges affect people across every profession, industry, and stage of life, and their willingness to invest in mental health awareness demonstrates the positive impact organizations can have when they prioritize the well-being of their people. By investing in prevention, education, and awareness, workplaces can create environments where employees feel supported long before they reach a point of crisis.
As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we hope this is not the end of the conversation. Mental health deserves our attention not just in May, but every day of the year. By continuing to invest in education, awareness, and meaningful support, we can create healthier workplaces, stronger communities, and a culture where people feel empowered to seek help when they need it.

If your company, school, nonprofit, or organization is interested in hosting a mental health awareness initiative, distributing wellness resources, or exploring workplace mental health programming, we would love to connect. Together, we can build healthier workplaces, stronger communities, and a more mentally united world. And like always.. STAY UNITED.
